He was summoned to appear before the cybercrime Bureau with a lawsuit filed by Kheir El Din on charges of insulting of "Al Mawrarid" Bank and the threat, during the investigation they asked him to sign a pledge not to be subject to Kheir al-Din but he refused, and the Prosecutor asked him to edit the posts and remove the profanity
After the 1st hearing, he got a phone call and was asked also to show up for interrogation which was unexpected because after the 1st investigations he was supposed to passby the court in 2 days to prove that he made the requested modifications on his posts. So he was asked on sat 30 Dec 2019 for the 2nd interrogation
